BEEF & HALLOUMI CHEESE
it’s time to throw some winning sausages onto the grill and these sausages are the perfect kickstart to your barbecue season! Juicy with a colourful mix of red peppers, halloumi and finely diced Brazilian spices to add a gentle spiciness, while the halloumi cheese gives them a wonderful sweet and salty flavour.
CHICKEN WITH BRAZILIAN SPICES
presented in a spiral shape, these sausages have a lovely aroma of chilli, gentle cayenne spice and sweet dried bell peppers. The Brazilian-inspired flavours are a hit with our family, mildly spicy they are firm in texture with a good chew!

BEEF RIBS WITH CASSAVA
A really special sausage, it is slightly sweet from the addition of red onion, but perfectly balanced with our halal beef ribs and the extra delicate flavour from cassava. Just like all our sausages, it does not contain any preservatives, chemicals or anything artificial and are completely gluten-free.
